AND NOW, this .2.:f:day of ~~ ,2005, comes Nicole Marie Snyder
(hereinafter "Aunt") and Jamie .. Snyder (be rein after "Mother") who hereby
agree as follows:

WHEREAS I Mother is the natural mother of the minor child, Tyrell
Robert English, born on December 30, 2003; and
WHEREASI the natural father of Tyrell Robert English is Dabney Tyrell
English; and
WHEREAS, Dabney Tyrell English is currently incarcerated and has not
participated in the parenting of the minor child at all; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the agreement of the parties, it is
hereby agreed as follows:
1, Primary legal and physical custody of the minor child, Tyrell Robert
English shall be with the Aunt, Nicole Marie Snyder.
2. The parties desire that this agreement will have the full affect as a
Court Order.
