July 25th, 2005 as to why Letters of Administration should not be issued to Timothy A. Eller for the
Estate of Dorothy Marlow, deceased, IT IS DECREED that Letters of Administration be issued to
Timothy A. Eller as requested in his Petition for Grant of Letters which was filed on July 20th, 2005.
