LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE L. MAY
I, George L. May, of R.D. 2, Gardners, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate to my wife, Janet M. May, provid-
ing she shall survive me by thirty days.
ITEM II: Should my wife Janet M. May, predecease me or
die on or before the thirieth day following my death. I devis
and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever
situate to my issue per stirpes living on the thirty-first
day following my death.
ITEM III: I direct that in the distribution of my estate
the share of my son, Roger L. May, shall be charged with an
advancement of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) dollars for property
which I have given him.
ITEM IV: I bequeath my household goods, jewelry, wearing
apparel, and similar tangible personel property and effects
(excluding cash, stocks, bonds and automoblies) not herein
otherwise specifically bequeathed in as nearly equal portions
as may be practical having due regard to the personal prefer-
ences of my children. Such property shall be divided by
selection of the children, provided all agree, and as to
property about which there is no unanimous agreement, I direct
my executor to list each piece of property on separate identi-

ITEM V: I direct that all taxes that may bea,se~~ed_. . i :,

ITEM VI: I appoint my son, Douglas Eugene May, executor
of this my last will. Should my son, Douglas Eugene May, fail
to qualify or cease to act as executor, I appoint my daughter,
Shelva Jean Hockenberry, executrix of this my last will.
ITEM VII: I direct that my executor or his successors
shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performanc
of his duties in any juriSdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this

The preceeding instrument, consisting of this and one
other typewritten page, each identified by the signature of the !
testator was on the day and date thereof signed, published and
declared by George L. May, the testator therein named, as and
for his last will, in the presence of us, who, at his request,
in his presence and in the presence of each other, have sub-
scribed our names as witnesses hereto.

We, George L. May, Laura A. Cooper and J. Ward Cooper,
the testator and the witnesses, respectively, whose names
are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument, being
first duly sworn. do hereby declare to the undersigned
authority that the testator signed and executed the in-
strument as his last will and that he had signed willingly,
and that he executed it as his free and voluntary act for
tbe purposes therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses,
in the presence and hearing of the testator, signed the will
as witness and that to the best of their knowledge the testator
was at the time eighteen years of age or older, of sound mind
and under no constraint or undue influence.
