May, of R.D. 2, Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my wife, Janet M. May, provid- ing she shall survive me by thirty days. ITEM II: Should my wife Janet M. May, predecease me or die on or before the thirieth day following my death. I devis and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my issue per stirpes living on the thirty-first day following my death. ITEM III: I direct that in the distribution of my estate the share of my son, Roger L. May, shall be charged with an advancement of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) dollars for property which I have given him. ITEM IV: I bequeath my household goods, jewelry, wearing apparel, and similar tangible personel property and effects (excluding cash, stocks, bonds and automoblies) not herein otherwise specifically bequeathed in as nearly equal portions as may be practical having due regard to the personal prefer- ences of my children. Should my son, Douglas Eugene May, fail to qualify or cease to act as executor, I appoint my daughter, Shelva Jean Hockenberry, executrix of this my last will. ITEM VII: I direct that my executor or his successors shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performanc of his duties in any juriSdiction.
