AND NOW this 25nd of July2005, the Register of Wills of Cumberland County issues this
Order to William Marlow to Present the Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Marlow, deceased,
to the Register of Wills, if it be in his possession, within 10 days from the date of this Order
and Citation.
In the event the original Last Will and Testament for Dorothy Marlow is not presented to
the Register of Wills within 10 days from the date of this Order and Citation, then a Citation is
issued on all interested parties to Show Cause Why Letters of Administration should not be issued
to Timothy A. Eller in the absence of the original Last Will and Testament of Dorothy Marlow. A
response should be filed in her office within 20 days from the date of this Order and Citation.
