AMENDED ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this

day of August, 2005, this court's order of
August 11,2005, is amended to read, "IT IS ORDERED that his father, David A.
Prosser is appointed plenary guardian of the person and estate of Daniel W. Prosser, to
serve without filing a bond." In all other respects, the order of August 11,2005, shall
remain in full force and effect.
