MOTION TO WITHDRAW
Now comes the law firm of Turo Law Offices and moves this Honorable
Court for an order allowing the law firm of Turo Law Offices, specifICally Michael
M. Jerominski, Esquire, to withdraw his appearance as attorney of record for
Evelyn Neidigh, in the matter of the Estate of Lonius Brown, Jr., and as reason
for said motion states as follows:
1. That on March 9, 2005, Michael M. Jerominski, Esquire was retained by
Evelyn Neidigh to represent her in the matter of the Estate of Lonius Brown, Jr.
2. That on or about May 10, 2005, Evelyn Neidigh indicated that she no longer
wanted the services of Turo Law Offices.
3. That Evelyn Neidigh has been advised through this motion, which has been
sent to her last known address, that she must file a new appearance within 21
days of the date this motion is heard or obtain other counsel which will file an
appearance for her within that same time period.
WHEREFORE Michael M. Jerominski, Esquire prays this Honorable Court to
enter an order allowing Turo Law Offices and Michael M. Jerominski, Esquire to
withdraw its appearance for Evelyn Neidigh.
