To the Clerk of Orphans' Court Division:
Index and make proper entry in your official records of the claim of BG&C Realty d/b/a
Shenandoah Apartments, 105 E. Allen Street, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055 against the estate of
the above named decedent in the amount of $4,221.61 (Four thousand, Two hundred Twenty
One dollars and .61 cents). The claim is filed under Section 3532 (b) (2) of the Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code. The decedent, who resided at Shenandoah Apartments, 105 E. Allen
Street, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, and died on May 8, 2005. An estate was opened for the
decedent on May 27, 2005. Claimant delivered notice of this claim by first class, postage paid
regular mail and certified mail, certificate number 7003-2260-0000-9890-4464, dated September
2, 2005, to John M. Eakin, the attorney representing the estate, at Market Square Building,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Claimant also delivered notice of the claim by first class, postage
paid regular mail and certified mail, certificate number 7003-2260-0000-9890-4471, dated
September 2, 2005 to Keith L. Banney, 64 Ashbury Drive, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055, the
Executor of the Estate of Roxanne Volland.
