ORDER
AND NOW, this 2nd day of September, 2005, upon telephone conference with Anthony
L. DeLuca, Esquire, solicitor for the Area Agency on Aging in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and Michael J. Whare, Esquire, appointed by the court to represent Ray Wingard,
the court directs that the Area Agency on Aging in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is
hereby appointed as emergency plenary guardian of the person and estate of Ray Wingard and is
authorized to remove him from Holy Spirit Hospital and transport and admit him to an
appropriate nursing home or similar facility.
The Area Agency on Aging is directed to present a petition for the appointment of
emergency plenary guardian of the person and estate of Ray Wingard on Tuesday, September 6,
2005.
