WAIVER OF MECHANICS' L]~
THIS WAIVER OF MECHANICS' LIENS ("Waiver"), is made by Rine &
Rine Builders, Inc., a corporation organized and subsisting under the laws ofthe
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("Contractor"), in favor of David G. Weimer and Amy
T. Weimer, husband and wife ("Property Owners"), with whom it has entered into a
contract, dated 3",,,,.. S. 200S- , to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for the following work:
Construction of a single family resIdence
Upon a lot of ground located at the following address, known as the "Premises":
Lot #160 - 2 Buttonwood Court
Boiling Springs, PA 17007
Cumberland County #40-10-0636-411
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither
the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor or material m:m, nor any other person or
entity furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall file a
claim nor assert a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, against the Premises for work
done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This waiver is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary of
Cumberland County in accordance with the requirements of Section 1402 of the
Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In Witness Whereof, intending to be legally bound, the Contractor hereto has
