WHEREAS, Timothy E, Costello and Eugene E. Costello
of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
is about to eXecute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Fred A. Tiday Builders, Inc.
Of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a single family building upon a lot ofland situate:
PREMISES:Lot 75 Jelmifer Circle, I-Iampden Township, Cumherland County
Now, August 24,2005 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given hy the said Owner III the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purcha.~e materials fur the samc in consideration of the

making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to
Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land
by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or elttra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to HIe such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
