SEALOVER HOMES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation with an address of 145 Big Oak Road,
Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", has entered into a contract with SEALOVER
HOMES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation with an address of 145 Big Oak Road, Dillsburg,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection of a single family residential dwelling
upon land of Owner being Lot NO.2 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and III, Wentworth
Estates, situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly
bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this 26th day of April, 2005, before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the
said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the same, in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said property by the
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and
construction of said improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Pellingham Circle and being
approximately 210 feet west of the intersection of Good Hope Road and Pellingham Circle,
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Pellingham Circle (50 feet
wide) with the line of division between Lot 1 and Lot 2; extending (1) thence South 12 degrees
30 minutes 46 seconds East, a distance of 244.66 feet; extending (2) thence South 82 degrees
02 minutes 47 seconds West, a distance of 157.87 feet; extending (2) thence North 12
degrees 30 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 232.11 feet; extending (4) thence North
77 degrees 29 minutes 14 seconds East, a distance of 157.37 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot NO.2 as shown on a plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and III,
Wentworth Estates" dated May 20,2004, last revised August 17, 2004, Job Number 1001-846,
prepared by LSC Design, Inc. York, PA and recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 90, Page 17.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which Ernest S. Burch, trustee, conveyed unto
Smith Land and Improvement Corp., by deed dated January 8, 1997 and recorded January 9,
1997 in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland County, PA in Record Book 151, Page
883.
