The Borough of Mechanics burg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims
against Wava L. Smith and all that certain lot or piece 0 f ground situated in the Borough 0 f
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 203 East Main Street and
having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 203 East Main Street together with an additional
ten percent (10%) and $75.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $2,231.00, together
with court filing costs and interest ~ kg. from May 19, 2005 the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States
certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 235 Eat Main Street in Mechanicsburg, P A
17055 on June 21 2005. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanics burg and the
charge levied therefore in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February
1,1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. sea., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. sea., Ordinance
892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and/or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of
Mechanicsburg.
