MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) SIDEWALK REPAIRS
The Borough of Mechanics burg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims
against Michael & Barbara Harley and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough
of Mechanics burg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 24 West Locust Street and
having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 24 West Locust Street together with an additional
ten percent (10%) and $75.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $2,599.50, together
with court filing costs and interest sec. kg. from July 20,2005 the date of completion
of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States
certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 24 West Locust Street in Mechanicsburg,
P A 17055 on August 4, 2005. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanics burg
and the charge levied therefore in strict accordance with Article xvm ofthe Borough Code, Act of
February 1, 1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seQ., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. seq.,
Ordinance 892, Part 4 of Chapter 21 and/or Part 9 of Chapter I of the Code of Ordinances of the
Borough of Mechanicsburg.

by SherifI's Deed dated July 26, 2004 and recorded in the office for the Recording of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County on July 26,2004 in RecOrd Book 264, Page 1595.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to any existing covenants, easements, encroachments,
conditions, restrictions, and agreements affecting the property.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the improvements, ways, streets, alleys, passages,
water, watercourses, right, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances
whatsoever hereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said Grantor in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of and to the same and every part thereof.

security holdings, and income, shall be exempt from all taxation now or hereafter
imposed by any State, territory, possession, Commonwealth, or dependency of the United
States, or by the District of Columbia, or by any country, municipality, or local taxing
authority, pursuant to 12 U.S.C.A.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property above described with the hereditaments
and appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, itslhislher/their heirs and assigns forever.
UNDER AND SUBJECT AS aforesaid.
Grantor covenants for itself and its successors to warrant and defend all that is
hereinabove described against all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof by, through or under Grantor.
