STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the

HOME DESIGNS UNLIMITED, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
ELIZABETH P. KNOUSE, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and
agreed to construct a single family dwelling, at Lot #547, the Highlands of Hampden Square
VI, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania more particularly described in
attached Exhibi t "A".
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consideration of the sum of Dollar to it in hand
paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration
mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all
parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or
claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and
the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or
about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and
the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument,
waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land, situate in Hampden
Township and East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line
of Kent Drive at the dividing line of Lot #614 and Lot #547;
THENCE by the western right-of-way line of Kent Drive South 12
degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds West 20.00 feet to a point; Thence
by same by a curve to the left having a radius of 560.00 feet and
an arc length of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing line of
Lot #548 and Lot #547; Thence by line of Lot #548 North 87
degrees 47 minutes 06 seconds West 140.20 feet to a point at the
dividing line of Lot #525 and Lot #547; Thence by line of Lot
#525 and Lot #526 North 13 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East
144.38 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot #614 and Lot
#547; Thence by line of Lot #614 South 77 degrees 33 minutes 13
seconds East 127.52 feet to a point on the western right-of-way
line of Kent Drive, the p~ace of beginning.

Elizabeth P. Knouse, Mortgagor herein.
