AUDITOR'S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPORT 1:
Petitioner, Taylor P. Andrews, Esq., respectfully represents as follows in support ors
motion: I
1. Petitioner was appointed auditor in the above estate proceedings by the HOr. J.
Wesley Oler, Jr. on January 6,2005.

2. Pa. Orphans' Court Rule 8.2 provides that an auditor shall file a report within ni ety
days of his appointment unless the court extends the time. !
3. Petitioner seeks an extension of time for the filing of a report in this case fol the
following reasons: i

A. The account in this estate covers a period of approximately 19 years an! the
objections that have been filed to the account are numerous and will re uire
substantial time to be heard. I
B. The discovery process that Petitioner is managing is not complete and is rife lwith
objections and claims of privilege that must be resolved before a hearing ot the
the numerous objections may even be scheduled. i
C. The discovery process is now scheduled to extend to mid December, 2005 and
may be extended further depending upon the number and nature of objec ions
that are filed to the discovery requests.

4. An extension of at least 6 months, with the very real possibility of additional tlfture
extensions, is required for the completion of the auditor proceedings and the. filing df an
auditor's report.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that the Court grant the Petition ran
extension of 6 months to file his auditor report in the above matter.
