AND NOW this 29th day of September, 2005, the Register of Wills of Cumberland County issues this
citation upon all interested parties to Show Cause Why the Register should not open the probate record and
admit the instrumeut dated September 4, 1994, as the Last Will and Testament of the above decedent and
that Letters Testamentary should not be amended to reflect the date of the later Will. The newly offer
instrument supersedes the Last Will and Testament offered for Probate on July 7, 2005. Your response, if
any, should be filed in her office within 20 days from the date of this citation.
