1. Plaintiff is the corporation or individual named on the
caption, and whose address or principal office appears in the
caption.
2. Defendant(s) are those named as such on the caption, and
occupy the premises (hereinafter "Premises") which address is set
forth on the caption.
3. Premises, a legal description of which is attached hereto, was
sold at Sheriff's Sale in accordance with law on September 7, 2005,
and Plaintiff became owner thereof as a result of being the
successful bidder and thus the purchaser at said sale, and remains
real owner thereof. (Abstract of Title).
4. The person(s) in possession of Premises are the Defendant(s)
herein, and are occupying Premises without right or claim to title.
5. Plaintiff has demanded possession of Premises from
Defendant (s) who have refused to deliver up the possession thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment for immediate possession
of Premises, issuance of a Writ of Possession and a judgment of its
costs and disbursement in this action.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being in Hampden
Township, in the County of Cumberiand and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of South Deerfield Avenue (50.00 leet wide),
said point being located at the southwestern corner of Lot No, 17 (Phase 1); thence along the southern
boundary line of Lot No. 17 North 85 degrees 46 minutes 53 seconds East, for a distance of 105.00 feet, to a
point at the northwestern corner of Lot No. 15: thence along the western boundary Iine of Lot No. 15 South
14 degrees 13 minutes 07 seconds East, for a distance of 105.00 feet, to a point on the northern right-of-way
line of Joshua Road (50.00 feet wide); thence South 75 degrees 46 nhinutes (erroneously stated in prior deed
as 45 minutes) 53 seconds West, for a distance of 94.29 feet, to a point on the arc of a circle curving to the
right, having a radius of 25.00 feet, and an arc length of 41.36 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line
of South Deerfield Avenue (50.00 feet wide); thence along said right-of-way line on the arc of a circle curving
to the right, having a radius of 300.00 feet, and an arc length of 25.02 feet, to a point; thence North 04
degrees 13 minutes 07 second West, for a distance of 72.44 feet, to a point the place of BEGINNING.
VERIFICATION
Mark J. Udren, Esquire, hereby states that he is the attorney for
the Plaintiff, a corporation; that he is authorized to take this
verification and does so because Plaintiff must verify through
agents and because he has personal knowledge of some of the facts
averred in the foregoing pleading; and that the facts set forth in
the foregoing pleading are true and correct to the best of his
knowledge information and belief and the source of his information
is public records and reports of Plaintiff's agents. The
undersigned understands that this statement herein is made subject
to the.penalties of 18 Pa.C.S. Section 4904 relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.

1. Defendants are present occupants of premises and have
been since 2001.
2. Defendants acknowledge the rights of Plaintiff to have
possession of premises.
3. Defendants are in the process of finding a place, so
they can remove themselves and possession from the
premises.
4. Defendants beg the court for reasonable time to complete
this process.
WHEREFORE, Defendants begs that Plaintiff's demand
only granted with stipulation that Defendants be given 45
days to have their possessions removed from the premises
and costs and disbursement in this action denied, as
defendants are now in bankruptcy.
