Before any burial is permitted in this lot, or any memorial placed on this lot, the price of the grave and memorial must be
paid in full.

The Purchaser(s) agree(s) to abide by all rules and regulations of the cemetery now in force as well as any rules and
regulations which may hereafter be adopted. Said rules and regulations may be seen upon request at the Seller's office.
Upon fulfillment of the conditions of this agreement and receipt of all the above described payments, Seller agrees and
binds itself to convey to the Buyer, by its cemetery easement, for interment purposes only, the above mentioned number of
sites.

I, Elizabeth M. Hilbert, of the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, herewith publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any
and all Wills and Codicils heretofore written by me.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my demise
as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate.
ITEM II. I order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all estate and inheritance
taxes levied against my estate prior to distribution.
ITEM III. I then order and direct my hereinafter named Executors to distribute all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate in the following manner:
a) The sum of $1,000.00 to each of my husband's nephews, Randy Hilbert, Ricky
Hilbert, and Bradley Hilbert, and his niece Tammy Jo Winters, per stirpes and not per capita.
b) All the rest residue and remainder after payment of debts and the aforementioned
specific bequests shall be equally divided between my two sons, Edward T. Callahan and Richard
P. Callahan, per stirpes and not per capita.
ITEM IV. I nominate, constitute and appoint my two sons, Edward T. Callahan and
Richard P. Callahan, or the surivor of them as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
