THIS AGREEMENT made this

hereinafter referred to as
AND
STEVEN E. ROCK AND JEANNINE M. ROCK, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot
#26 River Bend, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; designated as Lot 26 of River Bend - A Planned
Community, as recorded at Plan Book 76, Page 83; and being further bound and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly of Halyard (a 40-foot wide public street) at a corner
of Lot 25; thence along Lot 25 S 84 degrees 56 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 218.23
feet to a point on line of lands now or formerly Rickey A. Shuler; thence along said lands of
Shuler South 07 degrees 59 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 241.97 feet to a point at a
corner of Lot 27; thence along Lot 27 North 63 degrees 08 minutes 41 seconds West a
distance of 318.25 feet to a point on the easterly line of Halyard; thence by said line of
Halyard, along a line curving to the left and having a radius of 316.39 feet, an arc length of
120.40 feet and a chord bearing of North 15 degrees 57 minutes 13 seconds East a distance
of 119.67 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
