WAIVER OF LIENS
Whereas, CURTIS T. REESE (Ownerl Contractor) has entered into a Construction Loan
Agreement (contract) with Liberty Savings Bank, FSB to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for upon a lot of ground located at "LOT 27. NICHOLAS DRIVE. CARLISLE. PA
17013,
Now, therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part
of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in
accordance with the requirements of Section 402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided,

ALL that certain tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the right of way line of fifty (50) foot wide Nicholas
Drive, at the common boundary line between Lot Numbers 26 and 27 ofthe
aforementioned plan; thence along said Lot No. 26, North 65 degrees 54 minutes 48
seconds West 260.80 feet to a point, said point being the common corner of the
aforementioned Lot No. 26, Lot No.6 as shown the Final Subdivision Plan for
Nicholas Manor as recorded in Plan Book 50 page 116 and Lot No. 17 as shown on
the Final Subdivision Plan Number 3 for Nicholas Manor as recorded in Plan Book
54 page 96; thence along the aforementioned Lot No. 17, North 17 degrees 06
minutes 50 seconds East 354.70 feet to a point at the right of way line of the
aforementioned Nicholas Drive; thence along said Nicholas Drive the following five
(5) courses and distances:
1. S 64 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds East 70.72 feet to a point; thence
2. on a curve to the right having a radius ofl75.00' and an arc length of 137.44
feet to a point (Chord bearing South 42 degrees 23 minllltes 20 seconds East, Chord
length 133.94 feet); thence
3. continuing along the right of way line of Nicholas Manor, South 19 degrees
53 minutes 29 seconds East, 88.25 feet to a point, thence
4. on a curve to the right having a radius of 175.00 feet an arc length of 134.32
feet to a point (Chord bearing South 02 degrees 05 minutes 56 seconds West, Chord
length 131.04 feet); thence
5. South 24 degrees 05 minutes 12 seconds West 112.33 feet to a point, at
the place of BEGINNING.
Containing 84,155 square feet and subject to a 20' wide d,rainage easement through
said lot.
CONTAINING an area of 84,155 sq. ft. and being Lot 27 on Subdivision Plan for
Nicholas Manor prepared by Statler Brehm Associates, Inc., dated October 13, 1999
and recorded in Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County in Plan Book 80, Page 135.
