STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this /? day of It. j, 2005,
between GALBRAITH/PRE-DESIGN, INC. / of carli~berland
Pennsylvania hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
by and
County,
AND
CARLISLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES CORPORATION, hereinafter referred
to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to
erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in the Borough of Car~is~e, Cumber~and County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as 331
North West Street, Car~is1e, Cumber~and Count:y, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSE:TH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or mClir1tained by them or apy of them against the said
buildings and .the. lot of ground' appurtenar.t thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnisjed by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit "A"
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Carlisle,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the eastern right of way line of a sixty feet
(60.00') public right of way known as "North West Street" and at the lands
now or formerly of Dedan J. Campbell; thence along said right of way line
North five degrees, twenty-two minutes. twenty-four seconds East (N 050
22'24"E), a distance of forty feet (40.00') to an iron pin set at the common
corner of Lot One and Lot Two of hereinafter mentioned subdivision plan;
thence along Lot Two, South eighty-four degrees.. thirty-seven minutes,
thirty-six seconds East (S84037'36"E), a distance of ninety-nine and ninety-
five hundredths feet (99.95') to an iron pin set at the common corner of
said Lot One and Lot Two: thence along the lands now or formerly of
Eugene W. Thomas and Wilmajean H. Thomas, South four degrees, nine
minutes, twenty-four seconds West (S040 09'24"W), a distance of forty and
one hundred feet (40.01 ') to an iron pin; thence along said lands of
Campbell North eighty-four degrees, thirty-seven minutes. thirty-six
seconds West (N840 37'36W"), a distance of one hundred and eighty-
tenths (100.80') to an iron pin, the place of point of beginning.
CONTAINING 4,015 square feet or 0.092 acres.
TO BE KNOWN as 331 North West Street.
