STIPULA TION AGAINST LIENS
MICHAEL J. SAUCIER and MIMI B. SAUCIER, hereinafter collectively called "Owners",
have executed, or are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with MICHAEL
OLSZEWSKI CONSTRUCTION, a Pennsylvania corporation, hereinafter called "Contractor", for
the construction of site improvements and other structures upon land of Owners situate at Tax
Parcel 38-13-0985-141, Lot 3, Millers Gap Road, Enola, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached
hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, this D~ day of ~v/v ,2005, before any authority has been

given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements
or to purchase materials for the same, in consideration of thel making of the said contract with
Owners and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to) Contractor paid by Owners, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against said improvements or the above property of Owners by
the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
construction upon said real property, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot of ground situate in Silver Sprin~1 Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a Final Subdivision Plan dated
February 10, 2000, last revised June 23,2000, recorded in Plan Book 81, Page 294, as follows,
to wi!:
BEGINNING at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of Millers Gap Road (T-594),
at the easternmost corner of Lot No.2 on the above-referenced Final Subdivision Plan, thence
along the western dedicated right-of-way line of Millers Gap Road (T-594), South 27 degrees 12
minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 30.01 feet to a pOint al: the northeast corner of Lot NO.7
on the above-referenced Final Subdivision Plan; thence alon~1 the northem line of said Lot No.
7, North 83 degrees 35 minutes 32 seconds West a distance, of 1098.30 feet to a point at the
southeast corner of Lot No.4 on the above mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence along the
eastern line of said Lot No.4, North 04 degrees 57 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of
250.08 feet to a point at a corner of said Lot No.4; thence along the southern line of the
"flagpole" section of Lot No. 4 on the above-referenced Final Subdivision Plan, South 83
degrees 36 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 240.32 feet to a point at the northwest
corner of Lot NO.2 on the above-referenced Final Subdivision Plan; thence along the western
line of said Lot No.2, South 4 degrees 54 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 225.08 feet to
a point at the southwest corner of said Lot No.2; thence alon~1 the southern line of Lot NO.2 on
the above.referenced Final Subdivision Plan, South 83 degre'9s 36 minutes 32 seconds East a
distance of 583.49 feet to a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of Millers Gap Road
(T -594), the point and place of beginning.
BEING Lot NO.3 as shown on the above-referenced Final Subdivision Plan, containing 1.72
acres (74,895.77 square feet).
