Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneouslly herewith, a contract, with said
contractor, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for
the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Being Lot No.9, Final
Development Plan, Plan "A" (PRD), Village of Westover (East), which Final Development Plan
is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 53, Page
130. Being known and numbered as 208 Greenwich Drive. Being the same premises which
Robin J. Peirce and Holly D. Peirce, husband and wife, by Deed dated February 5, 1993 and
recorded February 9,1993 in the Office of the Recorder of De,:ds in and for Cumberland County
in Deed Book D 36 Page 119 granted and conveyed unto Jame:s A. Tinnyo and Diane J. Tinnyo,
husband and wife.
Now, Therefore, on August I 0
, 2005, at the time: of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to
the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by th,~ said owner, it is agreed that no
mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant
thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or
any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or
furnished in connection with the construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith.
