STIPULATION AGAINST LIE:NS
THIS AGREEMENT made this /9 day of ()" M/~J-, 2005, by and
between Hoffman's Custom Contracting, Inc.~' Chelsea Lane,
Cumberland County, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to
as Contractor,
AND
JOHN MATASOVSKY, III AND MARGARET M. MATASOVSKY, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owners. Whereby the contractor
undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the
certain lot of ground situate in Dickinson Township, Cwnberland
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot #33, 50 Chelsea Lane, Cwnberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby

buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot ofIand situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordlance with Final Subdivision
Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded on April 10, 1992, ill the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan book 64, Page 48, etc., as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 and 33; thence from s:aid point at the place of
beginning along said western line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane, South 12 degrees 42
minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 187.08 feet to a point at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 33 and 34; thence along said dividing line between said Lots Nos.
33 and 34, North 80 degrees 55 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 286.09 feet to
a point on the eastern line of Lot No. 35; thence along a IPortion of the said eastern
line of Lot No. 35, North 8 degrees 51 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 200.00
feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 32 ~Llld 33; thence along said
dividing line between said Lots Nos. 32 and 33, South 78 degrees 22 minutes 17
seconds East, a distance of 299.02 feet to a point on the western line of 60 feet wide
Chelsea Lane at the Place of BEGINNING.
The above described lot of land is all of Lot No. 33 as shown on said Final
Subdivision Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded as aforl~said.
The above described lot of land has a mailing address of 50 Chelsea Lane, Carlisle,
PA 17013.
