Whereas, LA WMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania LimitedLiability Company, of 149 Kerrs Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
LAWMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, of 149 Kerrs Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a residential dwelling house upon a lot ofland situate in
Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 17 on the subdivision
plan prepared by Eric Diffenbaugh, RPLS dated November 11, 2004, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book 91, Page 10.
Legal Description: BEGINNING at a point in western edge ofDeervi,:w Drive at Lot No. 18; thence along
Lot No. 18 South 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds West 470.24 feet to an iron pin; thence along lands
now or formerly of Richard I. Slusser North 45 degrees 54 minutes 11 seconds West 276. 12 feet to an iron
pin set; thence along Lot Nos. 11,10 and 9 North 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds East 478.48 feet to a
point; thence along western edge ofDeerview Drive on plan South 44 degrees 11 minutes 38 seconds East
276.00 feet to a point; the Place of BEGINNING.
Now, August 18, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the eXf'cution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with it and the
further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
