STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, THE CARLISLE REGIONAL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, INC., is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with (Contractor), for facade restoration work at
their facility located at 44 West High Street, in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
known as the Carlisle Theater.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal Contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said CARLISLE REGIONAL PERFORMING ARTS
CENTER, INC. to the said Houck & Company, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said Contract with Houck
& Company, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to be paid by the Owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor
by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor for the renovations at said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
