Vandling, his wife, of Perry County is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Flickinger Group, LLC, of 991 Ridge Road, Halifax, PA for the construction of a two-story alLlTliI1U11 dvJelling , upon the land described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonweal th of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the western right of way line of Abbey Lane at the dividing line of lot 52 and Lot 53: thence by aforementioned right of way line by a curve to the left having a radius of 425.00 feet an arc length of 49.55 feet to a point; thence by same South 43 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East 23.03 feet to a point; thence by same by a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet an arc length of 23.56 feet to a point on the northern right of way line of Victoria Way; thence by aforementioned right of way line South 46 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West 12.25 feet to a point; thence by same by a curve to the right having a radius of 250.00 feet an arc length of 68.00 feet to a point on the dividing line of Lot 53 and Lot 54; thence by aforementioned dividing line North 45 degrees 44 minutes 25 seconds West 106.29 feet to a point on the dividing line of Lot 52 and Lot 53; thence by aforementioned dividing line North 61 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds East 105.27 feet to a point being the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 53 as shown on a Final Subdivision Plan of Victoria Glen, Section III, recorded in Plan Book 51, Page 84, and commonly known as 1 Abbey Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011. BEING the same premises which Michael N. Vandling and Debra A. Vandling, by their deed dated June 7, 1999, and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Book 203, Page 840, granted and conveyed to Michael N. Vandling, owner. Linda C. Vandling joins in this stipulation. NOW, ~ and 9/13195 the at time of By: :M.A. LLC "'" irmnediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to cormnence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with OWNER and the further consideration of One Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub- contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
