This Inventory is filed in accordance with the provisions of20 Pa.C.S. ~~5142 and 5521 and
pursuant to an Order of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division,
under its Docket #21-05-417, dated August II, 2005, appointing David A. Prosser plenary guardian
ofthe estate and person of Daniel W. Prosser, an incapacitated person.
The undersigned guardian on oath deposes and states that to the best of his knowledge,
information and belief, the following is a complete and accurate inventory of all property (real and
personal) owned by Daniel W. Prosser, an incapacitated person, at the time of the guardian's
appointment and that the amount set forth opposite each item of property is the fair market value
thereof at the time it came under the guardian's control:

a Notary Public, personally appeared DAVID A. P OSSER, who, bemg duly sworn accordmg to
law, did depose and state as follows:
1. Deponent is the duly appointed plenary guardian of the estate and
person of Daniel W. Prosser, an incapacitated person.
2. To the best of his knowledge, information and belief, the foregoing
Inventory, filed for the first time, is a just, true and correct Inventory of the property
comprising the estate of Daniel W. Prosser, an incapacitated person, which has come
into the guardian's hands on or about August 11, 2005, from said incapacitated
person and from any other person having possession of his property.
3. Deponent does not know of any error or omission in such Inventory
to the prejudice of any person interested in the estate of Daniel W. Prosser.
