STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, William R. Meredith and Norma Jean Meredith of 404 Pine Grove Road,
Gardners, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporam:ously herewith a contract with
Haubert Homes, Inc., of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the e,'ection of a building situate 404
Pine Grove Road, Gardners, Pennsylvania, more particul~lrly bounded and described as
follows:
ALL THAT certain lot of land situate in the Township of Dkkinson, County of Cumberland,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as Lot No. 36 of a
final subdivision plan for Dickinson Township Joint Venture d.ated November 4,1983, revised
February 18, 1984, and approved by the supervisors of Dickinson Township on February 20,
1984, which said plan was duly entered of record on March 1, 1984, and appearing of record
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 45, Page
32, under and subject to all legal highways, easements, ri;ghts-of-way, and restrictions of
record.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by William R. Meredith and Norma Jean Meredith to
Contractor to commence work on the said building or pun:hase materials for the same, in
consideration of the making of the said contract with William R. Meredith and Norma Jean
Meredith and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
