THIS AGREEMENT made this 28 day

hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot
of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"An which is attached hereto and made a pa.rt hereof known as 11
Willow Mill Park Road, Mechanicsburg, Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, PA,
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1,00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt ,whereof is' l1",;r:~l;:>y

or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or tinder
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic'S liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic'S liens or claims again.st the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant,

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of Silver
Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more partilcularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on thl~ southern right-of-way line
of Willow Mill Park Road (a 60' right-of-way) at the intersection of the western
right-of-way line of Flowers Drive (a 50' right-of-way) with the southern right-of-
way line of Willow Mill Park Road; thence along the Wl~stern right-of-way line of
Flowers Drive South 07 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 217.04 feet
to a point at Lot #2; thence along Lot #2, South 83 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
West, a distance of 258.75 feet to a point at land now or late of Natural Lands Trust,
Inc.; thence along land now or late of Natural Lands Trust, Inc. North 27 degrees 36
minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 98.48 feet to a point at Land now or late of
Allen Registry Bureau, Inc.; thence along land now or l:ate of Allen Registry, Inc.
North 26 degrees 18 minutes 03 seconds East, a distancl~ of 176.45 feet to a point on
the southern right-of-way line of Willow Mill Park Road; thence along the southern
right-of-way line of Willow Mill Park Road on an arc of a curve curving to the left
having a radius of 602.96 feet; an arc length of 198.73 feet and a central angle of 27
degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds to a point at the intersection of the southern right-of-,
way line of Willow Mill Park Road with the western right-of-way line of Flowers
Drive, the point of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.1 of the Subdivision Plan for Robert Flowers dated May 2, 1985,
revised February 25, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 50, page 67. Said Lot No.
1 contains 58,274.73 square feet or 1.338 acres.
BEING the same property which Richard W. Ludwig et ux granted and conveyed to
the Grantees by deed dated June 27,2 005 and recorded in Deed Book 269, Page
3364.
