BEING Lot No.1 of the Subdivision Plan for Robert Flowers dated May 2, 1985, revised February 25, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 50, page 67. Said Lot No. 1 contains 58,274.73 square feet or 1.338 acres. BEING the same property which Richard W.
