WHEREAS, MICHAEL L. OCKER, AN UNMARRIED MAN of 20 BYERS ROAD, SHIPPENSBURG,
PENNSYLVANIA 17257, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with ALL-SIDE, INC.
of , for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES
NOW, JULY 22, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of
the said contract with OWNER and the further consideration of one Dollar, to CONTRACTOR paid by
OWNER it is agree that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Southampton Township, Cwnberland County,
Pennsylvania, being all of Lot No. IB as shown on a Subdivision Plan for Calvin L. and Wendy L. Olt
by Curfman and Zullinger Surveying, Inc., dated November 20, 2003, and recorded in the Recorder of
Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Plan Book 88, Page 146.
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Ridge Road, a State Forest Road, North 33 degrees 54
minutes 59 seconds East a distance of 243.56 feet to an existing spike; thence continuing in the roadway
of Ridge Road North 49 degrees 25 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 128.92 feet to a point; thence
along lands now or formerly of Doris A. Zeigler South 40 degrees 37 minutes 13 seconds East a distance
of 266.61 feet to an existing iron pin: thence continuing by the same North 48 degrees 56 minutes 27
seconds East a distance of 300.00 feet to an existing iron pin at comer of land now or formerly of
Bonnie Wolf; thence along lands now or formerly of Bonnie Wolf South 43 degrees 52 minutes 21
seconds East a distance of 599.00 feet to an existing iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania South 51 degrees 24 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 476.99 feet
to an existing iron pin; thence continuing by the same South 66 degrees 03 minutes 44 seconds West a
distance of 393.37 feet to an existing iron pin at comer of Lot No 1A on the above-referenced
subdivision plan; thence along Lot No. IA North 56 degrees 09 minutes 26 seconds West a distance of
424.63 feet to an existing iron pin at comer ofland now or formerly of Beals; thence along lands now or
formerly of Beals North 37 degrees 49 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 332.34 feet to an existing
iron pin to be replaced with a set concrete monument; thence continuing by said Beals property North 56
degrees 52 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of200.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
