Sr., dated and filed on October 10,2005, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Caveator shall post bond
in the amount of $5,000 within ten days from the filing of the Caveat in accordance with PEF
906( a). The caveat will be considered abandoned if no bond is filed within the ten-day period.
