ROBERT M. WALKER and PAMELA 5. WALKER, OWNER, adult individuals with a residence
address of 197 Skyline Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have entered
into a contract with RALPH J. IACONO, an adult individual with a principal place of business at 41
Kensington Square, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection of a
single family residential dwelling upon land of Owner situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto
and made part hereof,
NOW, this 4th day of October, 2005, before any authority has been given by the said Owner to
the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the same, in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said property by the
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and
construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on the day above
written,

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern legal right-of-way line of Irongate Court, at the
northwest corner of Lot No, 45, on the hereinafter described Major Final Subdivision Plan;
THENCE along the western line of said Lot No. 45 South 32 degrees 34 minutes 45 seconds
West, a distance of 215,23 feet to a point on the northern line of land nil Gene V, Eichelberger;
THENCE along the northern line of said Eichelberger land and along the northern line of land nil
Richard J, Scott, North 55 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 100,08 feet to a
point at the southeast corner of Lot No, 43 on the hereinafter described Major Final Subdivision
Plan; THENCE along the eastern line of said Lot No. 43, North 32 degrees 34 minutes 45
seconds East, a distance of 211,01 feet to a point on the southern legal right-of-way line of
Irongate Court; THENCE along the southern legal right-of-way line of Irongate Court, South 57
degrees 25 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 100,00 feet to a point at the northwest corner
of Lot No. 45 on the hereinafter described Major Final Subdivision Plan, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 21,312,35 square feet, more or less,
BEING Lot No. 44 on the Major Final Subdivision Plan of 35 Lots "Stonecrest" - Section 111,
