II Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire, Administrator, c.t.a. of the Estate of Glenna M. Johnston, late of
I North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Fifty-
\1 Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars and Sixty-three Cents ($57,438.63) in full
I settlement of any claim or claims that the Diocese may have by, under and because of the Will of
I! the late Glenna M. Johnston.

, be legally bound hereby, does, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge

I deceased, and, his heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, accounts, claims and demands
II whatsoever, related to the administration of this Estate, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act,
[' matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these
I presents.

Ii Terrence J. Kerwin, Esquire, Administrator, c.t.a., file with the Orphans' Court Division of the
Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services he has rendered, and
I Very Reverend James M. Lyons, Vicar General/General Secretary of the DIOCESE OF
II HARRISBURG in Trust for St. Patrick's Parish does hereby specifically waive his right to have
II such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
