TO THE HONORABLE REGISTER OF WILLS:
The Petitioner, Dian L. Lander, has determined that she no longer wishes to
pursue the appointment as the Personal Representative of the Estate of the late Lloyd
M. Nye, Jr, and hereby withdraws her Petition for Grant of Letters of Administration.
Please mark the above-listed action as discontinued in its entirety, with prejudice,
pursuant to Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure 229.
