or after July I, 1992, the personal representative or his
counsel, within ten (10) days after giving proper notice to th
beneficiaries and intestate heirs as required by subdivision
(a) of Rule 5.7, shall file with the Register of Wills or Cler
of the Orphans' Court his/her Certification of Notice.
