Bauer dece6sed,' parties of the second part, WITNESSETH The parties hereto intending to be legally bound hereby. declare promise and agree as follows: , I 1. Duane D. Bauer died testate on 1-6-05. 2. His Last will and Testament was probated on 1-14-05 by the Register of wills of Cumberland County, pennsylvania and Letters Testamentary is '3ued to parties of the second. 3. Said will provides for a life estate in his house at 1202 Allen Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania to Lois V. Bauerj his widow and balance of asserts to go in trust and pay annually $9,000.00 to his wife during her life time. 4. Parties of the second part made a buy-out agreement with Lois V. Bauer, his widow for $45,000.00 whereby she has releasea all interests in said Estate. 5. Said WilJ also provided for $10,000.00 to be paid to. each Christopher David Bauer, Lauren Marie Bauer and Shane Trout ~hich payments have been paid in full by the parties of the second! part receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. 6. Inheritance tax has been paid in the amount of $15,3010.00. Federal Estate tax does not apply because the estate assets are less than $1,500,000.00. 7. The assets of the estate consist of 1997 Grand Ma,rquis automobile $5,000.00, household furnishings, 2 ct wt diamond ring $23,000.00, three joint accounts with his widow at Members 1s~. for $131,376.64, house and lot at 1202 Allen Street, New Cumber:land, Pennsylvania $135,000.00 and a stock account at Smith Barney Citi Corp for $207,264.74. 8. Decedent died without debt and prepaid funeral expenses. 9. The Grand Marquis was delivered to Lois V. Bauer as willed to her. 10.
