STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, BARKLEIGH MANAGEMENT GROUP, (OWNERS), are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with WINALL, INC., d.b.a. MID-STATE
(CONTRACTOR), for the renovations of a building situate on 970 West Trindle Road in
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on the
attached Exhibit" A".
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making
of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to be
paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any Subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situated in the Township of Silver Spring, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
in accordance with a survey made by Charles W. Junkins, Registered Surveyor (c. W.
Junkins Associates, Inc.), on June 2,1986, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the center line of Trindle Road (L.R. 507) with
the center line of Konhaus Road (L.R. 566); thence along the center line of said Trindle Road
(L.R. 507) the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) South 64 degrees 43 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of 557.90 feet to a point and (2) on a curve to the right having a
radius of 11,459.16 feet, an arc distance of 289.56 feet to a point in said center line at the
eastern right-of-way line of the Pennsylvania Turnpike; thence along said right-of-way line of
the Pennsylvania Turnpike, North 67 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of
270.70 feet to an iron pin on said right-of-way line, at the western side of Konhaus Road (T-
566); thence in and through said Konhaus Road, North 22 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds
East, a distance of 20 feet to a point in the center of said Road; thence along the center line of
said Konhaus Road (T-566), the following six (6) courses and distances: (1) on a curve to the
left having a radius of 509.63 feet, an arc distance of 386.78 feet to a point; (2) North 64
degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 168.68 feet to a point; (3) on a curve to the
left having a radius of 819.02 feet, an arc distance of 285.89 feet to a point; (4) North 44
degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 89.49 feet to a point; (5) on a curve to the
right having a radius of 100 feet, an arc distance of 197.28 feet to a point; and (6) South 22
degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 58.24 feet to a point in the center of Trindle
Road (L.R. 507), the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2.235 acres of land improved with a one-story commercial building.
BEING the same property which Konhaus Farms, Inc. by deed dated June 2, 1986 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed
Book Y, Page 125, granted and conveyed unto Gerald and Linda Schatz, Grantors herein.
