THIS AGREEMENT
and between
STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
SCOTT G. WOOLMAN and BARBARA D. WOOLMAN, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undertook
and agreed to erected and construct a single family dwelling
situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and
more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof known as Lot 15, Annendale, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

me the undersigned officer, personally appeared Timothy D.
Hoffman, who acknowledged himself to be the President of
Hoffman's Custom Contracting, Inc., a corporation, and that he as
such President being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing
instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing the name
of said corporation by himself as such President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision Plan for Annendale
prepared by Statler-Brehm Associates, Inc. dated April 12, 1995, a copy of which consisting
of six (6) pages was recorded on December 23, 1996 in the hereinafter named Recorder's
Office in Plan Book 73, Page 111, etc. which Plan is incorporated herein by reference, as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive at the dividing
line between Lots No. 15 and 16; thence from said point at the place of beginning along said
eastern line of said 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive, North 42 degrees 01 minute 49 seconds
West a distance of 217.99 feet to a point; thence by a curve to the right having a radius of
25.00 feet an arc distance of 39.27 feet to a point on the southern line of said 50 feet wide
Melissa Court; thence along said southern line of 50 feet wide Melissa Court, the following
two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 47 degrees 58 minutes 11 seconds East a distance
of 57.74 feet to a point; and (2) by a curve to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet an arc
distance of 130.83 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 14 and 15; thence
along said dividing line between said Lots Nos. 14 and 15, South 23 degrees 27 minutes East
a distance of 245.73 feet to a point on the northern line of Lot No. 16 at corner common to
Lots Nos. 14 and 15 and 16; thence along the dividing line between Lot No. 15 and a portion
of the northern line of Lot No. 16, South 42 degrees 48 minutes 44 seconds West a distance
of 243.39 feet to a point on the eastern line of said 50 feet wide Makenzee Drive at the Place
of BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described lot of land is all of Lot No. 15 as shown on said Subdivision Plan for
Annendale recorded as aforesaid.
