Brownawell a.k.a. Bertha Belle Brownawell, together with a statement of proposed distribution thereon having been presented to this court on April 24, 1979 and the same having been confirmed and on June 19, 1979, distribution awarded in accord- ance therewith, the Court does hereby award, decree, and confirm unto Richard L. Brownawell, Pauline E. Heller, George B. Brownawell, and William S. Brownawell, their heirs and assigns, all the right, title and interest on the said Bertha F. Brownawell a.k.a. Bertha Belle Brownawell in and to the following described real estate; All that certain tract of land, situate in Upper and Lower Mifflin Townships, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a pine stump, thence by land formerly of George Lehman now of , South 54~ degrees West 49.7 perches to a stone; thence by the same, South 29 degrees East 58.5 perches to a stone; thence by the same South 32 degrees West 14.2 to a cherry tree; thence by the same and land of William H. Bowman, North 84 degrees West 78 perches to a stone; thence by land, now or formerly of W. E. Drawbaugh, North 15~ degrees West 7.2 perches to a point; thence by same North 42~ degrees East 8 perches to a pin oak; thence by same North 75 degrees East 17 perches to a stone; thence by same North 20 degrees East 61 perches to a stone; thence by same in a Public Road, North 50 degrees L""R ... ...~G . Containing eighty-one (81) Acres and twenty (20) perches, more or less. BEING the same tract of land which Mary A. Nelson; widow; j:;'lorence I. Salisbury, and Raymond C. Salisbury, her husband; Charles M. Nelson and Gertie A. Nelson, his wife; Paul P. Nelson and Myrtle E. Nelson, .his wife; Pearl L.Nelson,single; Jennie V. Nelson, single, and Mary L. Walter and Carl D. Walter, her husband, Heirs of William H. Nelson, Grantors, by Deed, dated April 1, 1944, and recorded February 18, 1977, in the Office of the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book 27 "A" page 323, granted and conveyed unto Edgar F. .Brownawelland Bertha Belle Brownawell, husband and wife. Edgar F. Brownawell died October 10, 1977, vesting complete title in Bertha Belle Brownawell..
