Inventory of the real and personal estate of

House and lot known and numbered as 200 April Drive, Borough of Camp Hill, County
of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, conveyed to Kenneth S. Kline and Orpha C. Kline,
his wife, by Camp Hill Realty Corp., by deed dated October 11, 1962, and recorded
in Deed Book "R", Volume 20, Page 75 on October 13, 1962. Title vested in Orpha
C. Kline by operation of law in that Kenneth S. Kline predeceased her.
