I, James Talley Myers, request an appeal hearing for Citation Number
052636122728910-001, Suspension of Driving Privileges in the State of Pennsylvania for
90 days. The reason I am requesting this appeal is to retain my driving privileges as I am
a full-time student at Shippensburg University and live off campus. In addition to
attending school, I am employed in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. It is imperative that I
have the ability to attend classes and maintain my employment status in order to pay for
my education. It is my understanding, since I am not a Pennsylvania resident, I do not
qualifY for a State of Pennsylvania Occupational Permit. I would appreciate any and all
assistance you could offer in order for me to fulfill my current education and employment
obligations.
