STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Accountant proposes to distribute the combined balance remalnlng,
$31,341.68, to which must be added the prior distributions of
items other than specific legacies in the sum of $2581.00, or
a total of $33,922.68 in accordance with the provisions of Item IV
of decedent's will, as follows:
"Should my husband, Howard E. Monighan, predecease me...., I
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate, to be divided
equally among my husband's daughter, Lillian V. Flannery, my
husband's daughter, Carolyn M. Miller, and my son, William F.
Spoon."

BERTHA F. MONIGHAN
I, BERTHA F. MONIGHAN, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me.
Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including
my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary
estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
Item II. I give and bequeath to my son, WILLIAM F. SPOON, of Oakland, New
Jersey, such of his father's coin collection which is in my possession at the
time of my death.
Item III. I give and bequeath all the shares of the F. W. Woolworth Company
common stock which I own at the time of my death to my son, William F. Spoon,
provided he survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Should my son, William F.
Spoon, predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day following my death,
I devise and bequeath all the shares of the F. W. Woolworth Company common stock
I own at the time of my death to his wife, provided she survive my death by
sixty ( 60 ) days and, if she does not so survive me, to such of the issue of my
son, William F. Spoon, as survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days.

husband's daughter, LILLIAN V. FLANNERY, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, my
husband's daughter, CAROLYN M. MILLER, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and my
son, WILLIAM F. SPOON, of Oakland, New Jersey. Should the said Lillian V. Flannery,
Carolyn M. Miller, or William F. Spoon, or any of them, predecease me or be
deceased on the sixty-first day following my death, I devise and bequeath their
share under this Item IV of this my last will, to their spouse, provided said
spouse shall survive their death by sixty ( 60 ) days and, if they predecease me
or are deceased on the sixty-first day following my death leaving no spouse to
survive them, to such of their issue, per stirpes, as survive my death by sixty
( 60 ) days.
Item V. I appoint my son, WILLIAM F. SPOON, executor of this my last will.
Should my son, William F. Spoon, predecease me or otherwise fail to qualify or
cease to serve as executor, I appoint my husband's daughter, LILLIAN V. FLANNERY,
executrix of this my last will.
Item VI. I direct that my personal representatives shall not be required
to give bond for the faithful performance of thejr duties in any jurisdiction.
