MONIGHAN, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by me. Item I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. Item II. I give and bequeath to my son, WILLIAM F. SPOON, of Oakland, New Jersey, such of his father's coin collection which is in my possession at the time of my death. Item III. I give and bequeath all the shares of the F. W. Woolworth Company common stock which I own at the time of my death to my son, William F. Spoon, provided he survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days. Should my son, William F. Spoon, predecease me or be deceased on the sixty-first day following my death, I devise and bequeath all the shares of the F. W. Woolworth Company common stock I own at the time of my death to his wife, provided she survive my death by sixty ( 60 ) days and, if she does not so survive me, to such of the issue of my son, William F.
