THIS AGREEMENT made and concluded this I q +1.-t day of October, 2005,
between Laura E. Vazquez, of95 Orient Way #5D, Rutherford, NJ 07070, party of the
first part (hereinafter called Owner), and George Ward, of 4-B Jefferson Lane, Whiting,
NJ, 08759, party of the second part (hereinafter called Contractor).
WEHREAS, the said parties have by a duly executed Agreement under seal, dated
~. I . .:l.O oj b entered into a written contract for the construction
an completion ofa single-family dwelling located at 1402 Longs Gap Road, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration ofthe making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is
agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
