STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this (0+"'- day of G'Cluloen.
2005, by and between
C. C. R. QUALITY CUSTOMS INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
WESLEY A. MORRET and JESSICA A. MORRET, husband. and wife,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor
undertook and agreed to erected and construct a single
family dwelling situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as
1125 E. Lisburn Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
NOW THEUFOU, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the
said Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of
($1.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
itself, himself or themselves and its, his or their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against
the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto
for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by
them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for,
towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the
said buildings on the lot above described, and the said
Contractor, for itself, himself or themselves, its, his or
their subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly
waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain
any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the
right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

TRACT NO.1:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of ground with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate in the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and State
of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the Lisburn-Bowmansdale Road, State Highway Route No.
1 14 at a distance of one hundred sixty-three and nine one hundredths (163.09) feet West
from the line of property now or formerly of Earl W. Hoffinan; thence through the
aforesaid Highway West a distance of one hundred sixty-five and twelve one hundredths
(165.12) feet to a point at other lands now or formerly of Melvin Potts; thence by same
North two (02) degrees twelve (12) minutes West a distance of six hundred fifty and
sixty-six one hundredths (650.66) feet to a point on line of land now or formerly of
Raymond Miller; thence by same North eighty-four (84) degrees fifty-nine (59) minutes
East a distance of one hundred sixty-five and twenty one-hundredths (165.20) feet to a
point at lands now or formerly of Melvin Potts; thence by same South two (02) degrees
twelve (12) minutes East a distance of six hundred sixty-five and twelve one hundredths
(665.12) feet to a point the Place of BEGINNING.
TRACT NO.2:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Township of Upper Allen, County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the public road leading from Lisburn to Bowmansdale at
corner of land now or formerly of Earl W. Hoffinan; thence along the center line of said
public road due West one hundred sixty-three and nine one hundredths (163.09) feet to a
point; thence along other land now or formerly of Melvin G. Potts North two (02) degrees
twelve (12) minutes West a distance of six hundred sixty-five and twelve one hundredths
(665.12) feet to a point; thence along land now or formerly of Raymond Miller North
eighty-four (84) degrees fifty-nine (59) minutes East a distance of one hundred sixty-three
and seventeen one hundredths (163. I 7) feet to a post; thence along land now or formerly
of Earl W. Hoffinan aforesaid, South two (02) degrees twelve (12) minutes East a
distance of six hundred seventy-nine and four one hundredths (679.04) feet to a point in
the public road aforesaid, the Place of BEGINNING.
