The following information represents Aspen Contracting Groups understanding of
the scope of work associated with the referenced project. The work will consist of the
construction of a new 1 story residence with a full unfinished basement, per the following
specifications.
The building structures will consist of I story new structure with a full basement
below the living space and crawl spaces under the garage and sum00111.

Preliminary Drawings Prepared By Aspen Contracting Group attached
Section 1100- We have include all administration associated with the expedition of the
construction project. The costs associated with additional professional services will be
limited to the acquisition of Architectural and Structural drawings, We have also included
the costs to acquire the services of a mechanical engineer to complete the design for
HV AC, plumbing and electrical work.
Section 1120- Temporary utilities and services will be made available to all site
employees, subcontractors, and owners representatives.
Section 1130- Aspen Contracting Group will carry all applicable risk, compensation, and
liability insurance for the project that fall within the cmTent policy limits.

Section 1150- The general contractors shall have full use of the premise for construction
operations.
Section 1160- The owner will be responsible to assign an individual point of contact, that
has the owners authority to make decisions on behalf of the owners,
Section 1170- Aspen Contracting Group will employ a full time, working superintendent
that will supervise the proj ect.
Section I 180- Project meetings between the general contractor and the owner will be
scheduled every 2 weeks to guarantee the progress of the project, proceeds in a
professional and orderly manner,
Section 1190- Aspen Contracting Group payment terms will consist of payment draws as
supplied by the owners' lending institution (Attached).
Section 1195- Aspen Contracting Group is committed to the production of a timely
project and will make every effort to meet all of the owners' expectations for a timely
completion schedule. The construction will be six (6) months. The construction time
frame will commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed supplied by the owners'
lending institution, The owner has the right to expedite damages, in the amount of

Section 2205- Erosion & Sedimentation Control- Work associated will consist of the
furnishing, placement, and maintenance of all E&S measures, per the referenced
drawings prepared by Alpha Consulting Engineers.
Section 2208- Temporary Construction Entrance- Work associated with this section will
consist of the fumishing and installation of a #4 limestone construction entrance that
allows 40 lineal ft, of wheel cleaning,
Section 2210- Building Excavation & Backfilling- Work Associated with this section will
consist of the excavation for the placement of building footers and foundations. Upon the
completion of all sub-grade building work, the foundations will be backfilled using the
material on site in 8" lifts and compacted,
Section 2220- Trench Excavation- Work associated with this section will consist of the
excavation associated with providing utility access to the site, per the utility drawing
supplied by Alpha Consulting Engineers.
Section 2300- Aggregates- Work associated with this section will consist of the
furnishing and installation of a 2A modified aggregate sub base for all building interior
and exterior concrete work. This work will also apply as an asphalt paving base, The
stone will be compacted with a ten ton vibratory roller.
Section 2320- Sanitary Septic System- Work associated with this section will consist of
the furnishing and placement of a sanitary sand mound per the designs supplied by Grant
E. Marshal. (Allowance $7000.00)

furnishing and installation of exterior brisk on the complete exterior from grade to eaves.
The brick material has been priced based upon standard sized machine run brick units,

furnishing and installation of all structural metals per the Structural drawings prepared by
Aspen Contracting Group,
Section 6100- Wood Framing- Work associated with this section will consist ofthe use of
dimensional lumber in the size require to meet the structural requirements of the building

Section 6120- Pre Engineered Wood Trusses- Work associated with this section will
consist of the furnishing and installation of trusses to meet all BOCA requirements for
snow, dead, collateral, and wind loads
Section 7000- Roofing System- Work associated with this section will consist of the
furnishing and installation of 35 year "Elk" architectural 3 tab shingles. The roof will be
fastened with aluminum roofing nails. All flashing and trims will be provided.
Section 7100- Vinyl Soffit- Work associated with this section will consist of the
furnishing and installatiol1 of a 06 soffit on the underside of the entry canopies
Section 7400- Insulation- Work associated with this section will consist of the furnishing
and installation ofRI9 paper faced insulation in all exterior walls and R30 insulation in
all floors and ceilings.
Section 8000- Exterior Doors- Work associated with this section will consist of the
furnishing and installation of exterior steel doors comparable to a Therma- Tru CS series
door with 5/4" jambs.
Section 8200- Interior Doors- Work associated with this section will consist of the
furnishing and installation of six panel stain grade interior pine doors. The doors will be
pre-hung on y." jambs.
Section 8400- Overhead Doors- Work associated with this section will consist of the

Section 8800- Wood windows- Work associated with this section will consist of the
