STRAUB of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testa- ment, hereby revoking any will previously made by me. I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may be practicable after my death. II - I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and wheresoever situate unto my wife, Laura T. Straub. III - Should my said wife predecease me, then I devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and wheresoever situate in two equal shares to my children, Doris Lee Martin and Barry I. Straub. Should either of my said children predecease me, then I devise and bequeath his or her one-half share to my trustee hereinafter named for the fOllowing uses and purposes and under the following terms and conditions: A. The trustee shall divide the said share into as many shares as there are children of my deceased child living at the time of my death and shall distribute each share to each grandchild of mine who has completed public high school education. The share of any such grandchild who has not completed public high school education and who has not attained the age of 21 years shall be held IN TRUST by my trustee and the income accumu- lated. When each said grandchild completes his or her high school education prior to attaining the age of 21 years, then my trustee shall distribute to him or her at the time of graduation his or llNOLD, SLlKE.5< BAYLEY her share of the trust estate. B. It is my intent that no grandchild shall receive a share of my estate unless he or she graduates from public high school prior to attaining the age of 21 years and if anyone fails to do so, his or her share shall be distributed to those who have done so. c. I hereby appoint my wife's sister, Doris J. Aikens of Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania, Trustee of the trust hereinabove created. IV - All taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be considered a part of the expense of the administration of my estate, and my personal representative shall have the abso- lute power in his or her discretion to pay the same at once whether or not the law under which they are imposed permits the postponement of all or part of them to a later time.
