I hereby direct my Executrix to pay all my just debts, funeral and administrative expenses out of my estate, as soon as practicable after my death. 3. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate to my sister, Martha E. Elliott; but if she does not survive my death, to my neice, Helen E. C~od. 4. I nominate and appoint my sister, Martha E.
