I, MARGARET ELVA RICE of 110 Columbia Road, Eno1a,
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct the payment of my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be
convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of the
rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my issue,
living at my death, per stirpes.
THIRD: I name, constitute and appoint LEMOYNE
TRUST COMPANY, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, to be the Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and
seal this 3rd day of June, 1964.
