LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Clarence W. Gutshall, a resident of the Township of
Southampton, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare
this to be Iny Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
all Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby direct my executor, hereinafter named, to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as may conveniently
be done after my decease.
SECOND:: I give, devise and bequeath the full sum of
Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to my daughter, Virlie Jane
Vanaslen.
THIRD: The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it
real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife,
Esther J. Gutshall, and to my sons, Cyril Dana Gutshall and
Robert Eugene Gutshall equally, share and share alike.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constiute and appoint my son,
Cyril D. Gutshall, to be the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this my Last Will and Testament, written on one sheet of
paper dated this 18th day of November, 1959.

This instrument was by the Testator, Clarence W. Gutshall
on the date hereof signed, published and declared by him to be
his Last Will and Testament, in our presence, who at his request
and in his presence and in the presence of each other, we believ'ng
him to be of sound and disposing mind and memory, have hereunto
subscribed our names as witnesses.
